Our location is staffed by trained personnel, utilizing specialty ink formulations designed to be used in specific combinations to ensure the best performance with each cartridge brand. InkSpot does not use universal inks. Each technician receives weeks of training on refilling and testing cartridges. Our store is equipped with specially designed drilling tools, syringes, print head cleaners, vacuum machines to create a vacuum to get the ink flowing, resetting tools that rest the microchips in the cartridges, test printers and other equipment to ensure the refilled cartridge will function as well as the original. InkSpot laser toner cartridges are remanufactured in a SMTMC compliant facility.
